2. Orders & Payment
2.1. You may place orders through this Website, which constitute an offer to purchase the goods.
2.2. We offer the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in cash when the goods are delivered to you by the courier. Payment must be completed before the package is unsealed or opened. You may inspect the contents after payment confirmation.

• Online Payment: You can pay securely on the website using M-PESA. Upon successful payment confirmation, we will arrange delivery.

3. Delivery
3.1. We deliver from our local warehouse in Kenya, allowing for faster and more reliable shipping.
3.2. Standard delivery times are estimates for in-stock items and do not include potential delays due to public holidays.
3.3. For custom-made or out-of-stock items that need to be imported specifically for your order, delivery times may be extended due to international shipping and customs clearance processes. These delays are beyond our control, and we will keep you informed of the progress.

4. Returns & Refunds
4.1. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy for specific terms.
4.2. If a return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover related costs and initiate the refund process promptly. If a return is for personal reasons and the product is intact and does not affect resale, a processing fee of KES 300 will be deducted from the refund amount.
4.3. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a quality issue.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use this Website for any illegal purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Kenya.
